I have the same date request and USCIS review my case for I 131.

@g Singh you need to have an emergency and call uscis to expedite about it, it took 6 months for them to process my expedite request, so it is a painful path

@oak beaver 6 months to expedite? that’s too long. I have also initiated my expedite. I had a second call and got an email that my case was forwarded to Nebraska Center and said “We have determined that your situation and the evidence you have in your possession meets the minimum criteria for your expedite request to be forwarded to the office with jurisdiction over your case. Please Note: This does not mean your case will be expedited, as that decision will be made by the reviewing office. As such, the reviewing office may request the supporting evidence to include additional documentation to support expedited processing be sent to them. “ It has been over 10 days, no email is received. What to expect now based on your experience? thanks

@DS T same thing happened to me, they did not respond for couple months to that “10 days notice” so I did second time expedite request. if they did not respond you still you can reach out to congressman
