anybody here working for the sponser waiting for the PD to be current and waiting to apply I-140 and I -485?
are you guys working on the wage based on PWD.
are you guys getting paid the determined wage before receiving work permit based on EB-3 category
Finally, EB2 NIW I-485 for me (J1) and my spouse (J2)approved. PD: 23 May 2023. I-485 form RD 23 Oct 2024, FP registered 02 Dec 2024: Card Production decision 30 May 2025.

Finally DQed
We finally got DQed today. After gathering paperwork from a joint sponsor and then getting a couple of notices that they couldn’t open a few files, We made it. Anybody on here know what the current wait time is in Tegucigalpa, Honduras for a Spouse visa appointment? I have to leave in July to start a new teaching job so I am hoping my husband and I won’t be separated for too long…
