Help!!!!
they denied my marriage based visa at the interview due to incorrect tax return and told me to drop off the correct tax documents with the passport in the dropbox. how long will they take to approve my case after submitting the correct documents in dropbox and will i have to take the interview again? please need help!!!!!!

Should I file i-824 or separate f2a, or both ?
My wife (EB-3 applicant) has an approved I-140 and a pending I-485 (filed April 2023). We married in August 2025, but I wasn’t listed on her I-485. I live in Nepal. Should we file I-824 so I can process as a derivative, or wait and file I-130 after her green card is approved? What are the timelines? #eb3 #f2a #spouse #eb3skilled

It’s been a week and I haven’t received any updates. Does anyone know how long it usually takes? I’ve seen many people get approved the day after receiving the email, and I’m extremely worried.

My priority date is current. I submitted my I-485 forms in October 2024 and received the combo card in June. Recently, my case status was updated to “Visa number is not available; we will resume processing when it becomes available.” I understand visa numbers will become available tomorrow. When can I expect to receive my approval? I’m planning to change jobs and am concerned about using my work permit before the approval.

hi. my employment based 485 based c9 category first time ead has been pending for 7 months since Feb 2025. I created an expedite request and on querying location API see that my case has moved from Nebraska to "scd". have not received any USCIS callback yet.
anyone knows what scd is?

Our case was in California Service Center but the approval was sent from Texas.
Our case status was "Case is still bring processed by USCIS", but the approval letter was in Documents!!! Always remember to take a look there.
