My case still pending since 2019 😀 never asked any RFE, received PF every six month . my case still under security background check. never had any criminal record. I gave up already and went to back my home country.

My priority date is May 10, 2023. I submitted my fingerprints on January 13, 2025. The case status still shows “actively being reviewed.” Is there anyone else with the same priority date seeing the same status? My case number starts with IOE. #I485

Did anyone else see an API update on I-485 with timestamp of May-31, trying to see if it is just some random system update or someone actually looked at my case.

I travel to my home country for six weeks and when I came back to the United States, I went through immigration today and all they asked was how long did you stay? What did you bring back,then welcome back home. No secondary inspection., the whole process took me three minutes, so it’s safe to go home as far as you don’t have any criminal background all this fear that people share on this platform should be stopped . If you have a problem with immigration,that means you have a criminal background if you don’t have any criminal background you can go to your country with no problem for reentry.

Pd: march 2023 block : MSC 259014 rfe: for birth certificate (although submitted) NBC no derivative -> I don’t know if it moved to local filed office or not I’m just seeing many people with pd after me and applied after me getting approved. it’s getting stressful 😥 #eb2 #eb2-NIW

has any one had any experience with filling form I-601 after having your case denied? The case has been reopened, but I’m trying to just see what others experiences and timelines looked like. Asking for a friend of mine who isnt as tech savvy. thanks in advance for any ones knowledge regarding this

Polio Vaccination and contraindication due to pregnancy

Hello, I got RFE for medical and vaccination records. since it has been changed now I am required to submit polio vaccination record and I do not have it. My blood test came negative and cannot get it due to pregnancy. Has anyone had same issue? should I submit RFE without Polio vaccine? will I get RFE for that again? please please let me know what is your experience. Thank you 🙂

Hello everyone My friend she’s is married to a US Citizen and has 3 children one around (19-21yrs I’m not sure) and 2 under 10 yrs old. When she was filing her adjustment the person who was helping her told her that she can included the older one the petition that it has been approved before, so she did They all received the work permit and SSN, yesterday she received a letter stating that the older one has to return his SSN and work permit and has 33 days to leave USA. What can she do to solve this matter? Is this a Deportation? Thanks for your help in advance

My case I-485 was at CSC and then it got transferred to TSC and now it is transferred back to CSC. What does it mean? Is it a sign that my case is close to be approval? It is pending I485 for EB5 #I485 #eb5

Hi yall, I am working EB3-unskilled. My PD is in Sep 2021. I was single when submitted i-485. I just got married recently, and my wife is physically in US. Can I file an additional application for my wife so we can get a green card together when the immigrant visa is available? In this case, which table should I look into A or B? Thank you

I-290B timeline recently?

I recently filed an I-290B Motion to Reopen in May 2025 after my I-485 was denied due to missing tax return transcripts. I’ve now submitted the correct documents and the fee was accepted — just waiting for movement. I’d love to hear from anyone who filed an I-290B in 2025 (especially for I-485 marriage-based cases). When did you hear about the reopen decision and how’s the timeline when your I-485 reopens? Many thanks, and fingers crossed for everyone who are in similar boat! I'm waiting for my appointment/interview notice I feel like this entire procces is rather easy if you take the time to read but before it got easy it was a lot of getting confused

waiting for the interview at the border is kind of frustrating they really don't tell you when. Just becuase they have a big area of how fast they can get threw them and how many they have so actual update you get if asking is maybe next 3 months if not the 3 months after that
