i485 interview
Hurray🎉🎉🎉🎉🎊🎊🎊 it was a long journey but it will end in praise! thank u so much There is nothing God cannot do!My card is being produced! being denied for i360 on april 2024 and then getting it approved on jan 2025 and then i485 today May 31 after interview on May 27! cannot believe it was a long journey but being consistent is what i believed and never lost my hope! happy journey to all who is patiently waiting for their turn!
Visa reclassification
My PD is Dec 21, 2015, and my case migrated to ELIS on May 20, 2024. In Sep 2024, I sent a letter ( with my divorce decree ) to USCIS requesting to reclassify my case from F3 to F1. I hadn't received any notices or updates from them until they sent me a Request for Initial Evidence on Apr 24, 2025. The RFIE said that I need to resubmit my I-130 because the old one is obsolete. I completed my I-130 and sent them that ( with my current marital status which is unmarried ) and they confirmed they received it and started working on my case on May 19. Does anyone know how long it would take? I'm so frustrated since my case has been pending for nearly a decade.
Update: They approved my case on June 17, 2025
