my 824 form approved and case have to be sent to NVC as I know
usually how long it takes to USCIS send my case to NVC ?
and how long it usually takes NVC create a case and send the welcome letter

I have the same case as yours, my i824 got approved sept 11, and I’m still waiting for my welcome letter.

Did your case have any changes after 824 was approved? ( like your case has been transferred to NVC because I read some persons were receiving that kind of notifications)

@saqib ali my 824 form was approved as it shown on my timeline in 279 days
But it was submitted in January 2025
My 485 was submitted in December 2021 because when I filled my EB2 NIW case PD was CURRENT and I filed 140,131,765,485 at the same time

@saqib ali I didn’t receive any notification, contacted NVC and USCIS already.
USCIS said it could take up to 90days after approval.

my I-824 was approved on September 25 and I have received my welcome letter on October 15, for my child!!

@Luz M Germosen S. how long did it take to get your 824 approved? Do you get welcome letter before the D-260 process at the consulate?

(like case “approved” or “send to the Department of State”)
I am livinging separately from my kids since 2021 and now have finally been approved by USCIS 😭😭😭
Hopefully will get some updates from nvc 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
