Finally I got the I -130 approval notice letter of USCIS after waiting for 16 months and 25 days. PD- 13.12.2024, Approve Date - 7.5.2026. . I got a approval notice even though I'm from the country which is one of the travel ban countries. So if you guys haven't been approved yet, please don't get nervous especially you're from those countries

My interview was completed at Houston, Texas field office in May 2025. PD is current for final action since March 1st 2026 but I am not seeing any progress or movement. Do you think that they are processing application for these priority dates?

I submitted an i131 expedite request at the end of March and shortly after I was scheduled for biometrics. I completed biometrics in April, but I have not heard back. I’ve called the USCIS number numerous times as well as chatted with a live agent through Emma. What more can I do? I’m from one of the 39 countries
