i140 approved on March 7 2025, perm May 2023
hi guys my perm approved on March 23 2023. and my i140 approved on March 7 2025. my sponsor wanna go to bankruptcy idk why, he is waiting for me to get my gc. but my priority date will become in 6-12 months, I can't really find any info about it. i asked AI, it just guessing 6-12 months. i was searching online and everywhere, if he doesn't go bankrupt till I apply for i485, I still need to work in his company at least 6 months to 1 year right? since my i140 approved, AI was saying try to find another company that can offer similar job.
when do you think Perm approval date May 2023 will become current?

hey guys,
i came from vacations today from india. i was taken for secondary inspection. i waited there for 2 hours because there was just one cbp officer and so many people waiting. my name was called and they gave me my passport and my ead and ap combo card and let me go without any questions asked. my port of entry was Dulles VA (IAD)
EAD card in hand! 12/2/24 submitted
Good morning everyone! My EAD card was delivered to me today. I was approved 3/29, card was produced 3/31 and mailed out 4/2. I'm am so thankful for a smooth process so far and I know the wait will be LONG but worth it for my VAWA to be approved. Next step is AP. a few months ago I was so lost without any idea what I would do without financial help for an attorney. I took it upon myself to look for options that I could do myself and I was able to do it all in a few days. for those of you wondering if an attorney is required to have a good case you can do it ALONE. I watched every VAWA YouTube video out there and did it! we got this my friends 🧡

RFE NOT FOUND IN DOCUMENT TAB
We received an update on our case 4/4/2025 for RFE but checking the docs tab we can’t find the notice. Does anyone know how to go about this since the update says there’s a deadline to the submission? also how long will it take to get a decision after we submit the rfe? PD is 12/31/2023.
