RFE for Refugee Travel Doc for an Asylee!!!
I just got a message saying that USCIS is sending a REF for my travel document, anyone has had the same experience?
Last time they even expedite the first one I got. 🙄

RFIE for J-1 wavier but I’m on an e2 visa for the last three years?!?
hi All, I got a weird RFIE today on my I-485 for a request for a j-1 wavier?! I had a j-1 back in 2010 for a 3 month trip to the USA to catch summer camps. I left came back the following year for 4 months over summer on a h2b visa. then got into the corporate world and arrived in the USA in Jan 2022 on an e2 and have maintained my non immigrant status through e2 ever since?
I’m assuming this is a filing error by the field office that has my case. because I can’t even get my I-94 records back to 2010 when I had that j-1 visa!
has anyone else experienced similar??

I’m also apart of the armed forces so I submitted a copy of my orders with his name on it. Strongly believed reaching out to my congressman pushed my case alot as I have an current PCS at hands.
Next step is NVC for us🥺🙏🏾

Guys today we see alot of post approval of unskilled category,, I feel so glad and congratulate those who got approved.. My PD is June 29 2021 , 1 week ahead to be get current.. maybe this coming visa bulletin moves forward and get current soon..
So those who are waiting for PD current be hopeful. That's all i want to say..
In my case i didnot get any rfe and schedule interview till now. And my is case remains pending at NBC since july 2022.
Anybody have any experience or knowledge keep sharing ideas which help me alot.. and i will fully appreciate that .. thankyou 🥰🥰

Hello Guys, after almost 5 years of waiting I finally received the notification I’ve dreaming for. (case was approved) I am so happy and greatful, but at the same time worried because my husband didn’t have the same luck. I received a RFE for medical about a month ago, but he didn’t. I sent my medical exam last week and today the case was approved. We both wished so much for this day to arrive. It breaks my heart that his case is not moving at the same pace. I am praying he will get his approval soon. Has anyone gone through this?
