hi guys, can someone help me, i put PO Box as my mailing address, but for some reason all my mails is going to my Physical address, my lawyer received 4 receipts (i360,i131,i485,i765, however on my side i’m missing i360, and this week my lawyer got a notice for biometrics, and i’ve never got the mail again. it could be lost in transit or lost in the messy complex apartment that i am right now, I asked my lawyer if we can change my mailing address to the PO Box to be safer but they said they can’t and system won’t allow them. is this possible? thank you in advance!
Indian passport with an active L1A visa stolen in Europe
I work in the US on L1A Visa. someone stole my bag while I was traveling in Europe on a 7 days business trip. unfortunately- my bag had my Indian passport with an active L1A visa. I have given my passport to the US embassy in India for visa stamping - it’s under administrative processing for past 6 days. any timelines for such a case, need to get back to the US as soon as I can - my job, family members , everything is there.

la última actualización fue el 2 de Enero 2025 donde se transfirio mi caso o otra oficina y hasta la fecha mi caso no se ha movido. me encuentro en Charlotte, Nc.

Taxes
I’m about to file my N-400 under the 3 years rule and I’m having trouble on the taxes part. I haven’t worked in 3 years, recently went back to school last year and my husband is a veteran that gets disability benefits every month and hasn’t worked in almost the same time(3years). Since VA benefits aren’t taxable income, what can be done about the taxes part of the application?
