Second RFE request SIJS base
Hi all
I sent my medicals RFE in July 2024 and after that they placed me in case remains pending
Now I was notified that a RFE was sent to me, I have no clue what that could possibly be, I emailed my lawyer but I was wondered if anyone has seen something like this before
neither my friends that already got their GC had this happened to them
I understand this is better than denial or NOID but I am still anxious about it

Any movement for March AOS filers?
Hello Community,
I was wondering if any of the March Filers for AOS has had any movement. my PD is November 2024, became current for DOF in March and had my biometric March 26th. FAD became current in April. I’ve had some silent updates but nothing seems to move. I’m wondering if the extra biometrics vetting is causing any delays. my last silent update was April 29th. Any hope for people in my batch? The last live agent chat indicated interview waived and documents still at NBC. update, 485 now at a local field office since 04/29
