485 we take action on you case and needs your attention
hello I received email stating that we have taken action on your case and needs your attention on 8/8, but there is no update (I checked document tab) today I asked Emma if there is any update, but live agent told me there is no update.
I saw a lot of post, and it often leads to RFE, but I do not have update for 3days. anyone has experienced this before?

My husband received the approval letter this morning in his mail and when he logged on to the website there it was beautifully sitting waiting for us

update my case has been reopened!
So I received a notification from lawfully stating that my case has moved from received to decision and when I look it says they finished reviewing my motion to reopen and mail me a decision but I can’t see it it was granted or deny. does anybody know what that means?

I filed an I-130 petition for my wife in January 2023, and I’m still waiting for a decision. I’m starting to get really anxious about the long wait.
How long does it usually take to get approved? What happens after the I-130 is approved?
If anyone has gone through a similar experience, I would really appreciate any advice or tips that could help me during this waiting period.

terminated removal order
My I-730 was approved last year, and I hired a lawyer to help me terminate my remval order. However, the BIA reopen motion and a joint reopen motion with ICE both were denied. I feel so helpless now. Under the Trump administration, immigration policies are becoming stringent. What should I do? I'm now eligible to apply for a green card, but I can't because of my removal order. Is anyone in the same situation as me? Any suggestions?

Today, August 11th, we have been officially DQed.
Does anyone know when we can expect the interview letter to come? For reference, my husband will interview in Frankfurt, Germany.
So glad to finally be moving forward. We had to resubmit everything 3x and finally we have moved past all of that.
Just curious as to when we should expect the interview letter to come. We want to get the medical done in reasonable time. 🙏
