MAIDEN NAME OR HUSBAND NAME?
Hello guy. Please I need advice on this issue🙏
My husband petitioned for me in 2023 using his last name and we got a rfe April 2025.
We are to add our baby’s birth certificate to the rfe too, so my question is SHOULD I USE MY MAIDEN NAME or HIS LAST NAME on our child’s birth certificate?
NOTE: I HAVE NOT CHANGED MY LAST NAME ANYWHERE, MY VALID NIGERIAN PASSPORT STILL CARRIES MY MAIDEN NAME.
PLS HELP!!!

I had my interview for my I-130 and I-485 forms on May 28, 2025. They said that my GC had been approved but just my I-130 is approved. I-485 still active under review after 26 days
I had my interview for my I-130 and I-485 forms on May 28, 2025. They said that my GC had been approved and that I would receive an update on my I-485 the following day and my I-130 as well. My I-130 was approved on May 29 and my I-485 has not been updated so far. It's just that the case is active and under review. It's been 26 days! Has this happened to anyone? I did the interview in Atlanta GA
