DOES EMERGENCY ADVANCE PAROLE AFFECT APPROVAL OR PENDING 131 OR ENTRY BACK?
I need to travel for my mom’s burial and I was finally able to reach an agent that got me an appointment at their office.
1. Could they approve my over 1 year pending Advance parole renewal?
2. If given emergency advance parole, can it affect the approval of the actual parole?
3. Will I have any issue coming back in?

My PD is December 15/2023 Texas center,USA citizen applied for spouse ,we are almost 17 months still waiting…In the past the Live Agent told us that our application is in the normal process time but now they require us to call but never answer the phone and my wife is not in USA for it to go there together,I don’t know what’s going on…

The desperate one
Can all the 2023 PD who is not yet approve list their PD and interview date that is already completed?... I just feel like I am the only one who is waiting since early April 2023 because approval begins for 2024 and we are still here without an approval, am feeling desperate right now..... kmt
