hello, i have filed for H4-ead extension along with H4 extension. My case center is Vermont. its been 151 days donce the case received and still no update. Does anyone has any Idea of processing time

Back in November, USCIS asked me to submit proof that my marriage was genuine. I responded in February with every piece of evidence I had—photos, documents, messages—and even included a detailed explanation for the few things I didn’t have. Now, months later, I just received another Request For Additional Evidence (RFE) from them again. I honestly don’t know what more they could be asking for at this point. It’s been an exhausting, uncertain journey. Hello everyone! Have anyone traveled outside the U.S. while your I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence is pending? I have receipt my 48 months extension notice but I don’t know if it is safe to travel outside U.S. soil. Please share your experiences.

Hello famz. I got denial earlier this year and I hired a new attorney to help with the process she started all over again and used her office for the address to be received. but I got home and saw a mail from USCIS stating I should appear in court for removal proceedings and why I should not be removed. now I’m so shivering don’t know the outcome or has anyone gone through this before. please advise me on what to do. my attorneys office is locked till Monday can’t reach her. thanks guys!!! 😔

Medical RFE Received……. But Still Waiting for Approval?

I submitted my medical RFE and it’s been over 60 days since USCIS received it, but I still haven’t received a decision. Is anyone else in a similar situation? Would appreciate hearing your experience.

Update : interview for both I751 and n400 is finally scheduled for next month. ( haven’t received the mail yet, but I could see it from the documents online) I751 submitted on August 7 2023 N400 submitted on August 6 2024 That was really a long process of waiting and I’m very thankful right now to finally wake up on this. To those who are still waiting and feels like it’s taking forever; it will come and it’s just a matter of time .. best of luck to everyone 💚✌🏽 Field office: NYC

My case got approved May 8, I have a my green card in hand but yesterday I got an update that my case have being scheduled for interview.

my case was approved on May 8 2025, I already have my Green card in hand, surprisingly I got a notification from lawfully yesterday, I checked and it stated my case have being scheduled for interview

Hope seems to be lost. So exhausted of the process and no results. PD. Feb 01/24 almost 17 month, no interview schedule a smooth process that now it seems stops. 2 times actively reviewing since Jan 13. and nothing happens any advice?
