hello friends I am from Newyork ,I applied for my case I 130 and I 485 back in November 2019.still I am waiting for my green card.
uscis sent me a notice for my arrest records and marriage evidence photos I sent them 2 month ago before deadline.but no response at all.I arrested 5 times all was not guilty never sentenced all dispositions I sent them together in 1 package.should I expected any update from uscis soon or they deny my case please help me.thanks

how long will it take for interview after i30 approval from Nepal?
Hi all finally after a year and 2 weeks our i30 got approved. We didn’t get NVC welcome letter yet and I want to know how long will it take to complete my whole process? Those who have idea please share it in comment.

Finally our journey is over we got a 221g after interview on April 20th, I responded the same day with requested documents because my wife forgot to give them my W2 for 2021. Approved and visa printed on April 26th!#approval
faxing documents issue.
hi everyone, anyone in here has experienced sending documents through fax but it wont go through, i have been trying to send documents to a USCIS San Diego field office but nothing is going through. Any recommendation on how to move forward? Anyone has a trick to get documents sent and received through fax? TIA
EAD how much more long??
I’ve submitted all paperwork Nov. 2022,. Did Biometrics Dec. 2022 and case it’s still “ under review. “ How much long to at least receive EAD to work.. I need/want to start working already!!!!!
This is driving me crazy the longer I wait the least hope I have to atleast obtain the EAD. 😔
