if ur a citizen you can’t add a child either the child qualify for a us passport, and u need to file report of birth abroad, if not file a i130 for the child.

honestly I don’t know anything about that… and I was green card holder when filled up my wife case but citizen before got approved

i had the same exact thing

But what i did is i file a new i-130 and got it expedited approved after 12 days , now they both in nvc process.

but me I submitted my wife case including my son

he was born before I applied

if you stayed at lpr you could but since you’re a citizen now then the child needs a separate i130. you can always try to expedite it and say that if mom leaves then you have no one to keep the child and give details etc
