Approved I130 but is being retained ????
My I130 was approved but they are retaining it, stating that I didn’t put if I wanted to apply abroad or US consulate. my lawyer said that he put all the information on the form and doesn’t know why they are saying that! How do I fix this? I filled everything together! but they are saying I need to attached the approve I 130 to the I485
tiredddd
anybody in California with their case at NBC? My priority date was April 18th and still nothing. I even called two weeks ago but there’s nothing new.

Today’s my PD
and I got “card produced “ 🥳🎉🥳 I honestly don’t know how to feel. I’m happy no doubt. I’m overwhelmed I think. Can’t place my feelings. It’s odd. I guess it’s not real until I hold the GC in my hands. 😂

Interview tomorrow
Hi everyone!
I have my interview based on marriage based greencard. My local field office is Washington DC and my FO is NBC. For now, it's been 7months since I've filed so basically it was filed on Sep 19, 2022. I also sent my medical with me when I filed. Did not receive any request of RFE from USCIS
We are married for a year and I'm not sure if this is a good sign or a bad sign to receive an interview. The following documents i'm taking with me are listed below:
1. Joint documents
- lease
- car insurance
- joint bank account (we have two)
- joint tax returns of 2022
- joint utility bills
- Drivers license under same address
- marriage license
2. Supporting documents
- travel tickets + hotels (upcoming airline ticket too)
- paystubs for the past 2 months and employment letter
- 5 notarized affidavited letter from friends along with their scanned government issued ID
- both of our birth certificates
- photos
- marriage ceremony contracts (we haven't had our ceremony yet, it's next week)
- My travel history i-90 (came here on an F1 visa) as well as my F1 visa paper
Is there anything else I should take with me?
Thank you!!
