ánimo chicos ya falta poco, mi caso es de Diciembre 2021, me aprobaron en febrero 23, 2021 y ayer recibí la carta que enviaron mi caso a Republica Dominicana. Ahora en espera de la embajada Americana en RD. Estamos aquí para apoyarnos todos 🙏

muchas gracias por sus ánimos @Eli Vicente y me alegra muchísimo por los avances de su trámite, ya casi llega a la meta!! Pero si me sorprende que atienden casos en desorden porque e notado que han enviado confirmación a casos que se enviaron después del mío.

@Wilmer Edgardo Nuñez es bien desesperante asi mismo me sentía yo y más ahora después de pandemia que la Visa K1 ya no es prioridad. Yo pensaba Que el proceso iba a durar menos de un año y no ya vamos por 16 meses y aún no terminan de aprobarme para la cita. Espero en Dios que pronto todos estemos con nuestros fiancé aquí en USA 🇺🇸 Bendiciones y suerte para todos 🙏

@Mina Kalamir Congratulations! I am very happy for you guys. I was wondering if you could tell me if you received the letter in the mail first and then the approved status changed on the app or did you notice the status change on the app and then the letter came in the mail? My fiancé and I have that curiosity of how it works.

@Wilmer Edgardo Nuñez Thank you!!! I’m really hoping you guys get the good news soon too!! So I first noticed on the USCIS case tracker, then just to be sure I logged into my USCIS account and the status was also changed there too. The app updated maybe 30min after I saw the status change. The message says that we will get the letter in mail by May 17th. I assume I (the petitioner) will be getting it not my fiancé. I will keep you updated on how it goes from here and please tag me when you guys get approved too!!

@Wilmer Edgardo Nuñez Congrats!!!!!! Tag me if you can when you hear something from NVC. From what I’ve been reading in the comments looks like it takes 60-90 days to get the NVC welcome letter 🙄

@Wilmer Edgardo Nuñez No not yet, I’m waiting for the 30 days to hit and if I don’t hear anything I’ll email them. Did you get it?

@Mina Kalamir No, we are in the same But I already sent 2 inquiries and they have replied that it is not the time yet, we will see what they tell me in the next one I send. I'll let you know if I receive anything.

@Wilmer Edgardo Nuñez Have you received anything from NVC? They are still telling us that they haven’t received our case from USCIS and it has been over 7 weeks since we got the approval notice.

@Mina Kalamir Good evening, note that they notified me that they received the case and that they will enter it into their system to assign us a case number.
