You can do online marriage but you have to meet together in person and provide proof in your application that you have met in person after the marriage to “consumate” the relationship.

if she’s abroad then the best you can do is to get her a fiancé visa bring her here then get married in the states, and go through the whole AOS with her. idk how online marriages loook in the eyes of USCIS

Do you know whether the country where my girlfriend lives matter since same-sex marriage is still illegal over there? technically if we’re going to be doing an online marriage (which is through the state of Utah, that counts as a certificate of marriage in the united states, right?)
