Month April comes to an end. no number to show how many Visas were issued from consulate in Lagos Nigeria. Anybody with any Info regarding this to give hope to those waiting. The last update was Feb ending for March appointment numbers.
we should be seeing April numbers for a May appointments by now. Pls help.

approved emergency parole
Words cannot explain how much weight has been lifted off my shoulders! I went in for my info pass appointment and got approved for emergency travel parole. apparently having a current AP application on file helped my case because the officer said he noticed it during my interview as a plus. I am so overjoyed even if it is only valid for 1 use.
I also received my medical examination request for the I 485 today! today has been a great one! keep doing whatever you can for yourself folks! Some lawyers are not as persistent or diligent as you can be!

so I filed on the 17th of April and today as of 28th April I received a messge stating request for initial evidence RFIE I’ve seen a lot of people get RFE request for evidence what is the difference and what could it be for I have major anxiety right now I still haven’t received my biometrics either

NVC Status Update
Hey Fam!
today i recieved a message from NVC saying
All required applicant documents have been received and approved
can someone tell me what does this mean?
does it mean we are going to be scheduled for interview? i also received a separate email saying
NVC will work with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in CIUDAD JUAREZ, MEX to schedule an interview appointment for you. Once we have confirmed an interview date, we will send a notice to you, your petitioner and attorney (if applicable).
