rfe i 130
hello everyone i got the request on my uscis account for i 130 rfe in the morning but in evening i checked again and its now just saying actively reviewing again. someone have same situation like that. thanks

check documents, it’s still there. you will need to respond to that rfe as soon as possible

sometimes they make mistake. just wait to see if you can get a mail. if you don’t then you have no problem.

talk to them, there are way too many people who didn’t or forgot to respond to their RFEs and ended up getting denied
