approved emergency parole
Words cannot explain how much weight has been lifted off my shoulders! I went in for my info pass appointment and got approved for emergency travel parole. apparently having a current AP application on file helped my case because the officer said he noticed it during my interview as a plus. I am so overjoyed even if it is only valid for 1 use.
I also received my medical examination request for the I 485 today! today has been a great one! keep doing whatever you can for yourself folks! Some lawyers are not as persistent or diligent as you can be!

@Ismael Y G my im traveling at the end of June. if you are requesting an interview for an emergency travel document then you have to prove the emergency with documents and the relationship with the individual if there is one. I got approved on the spot yes but I had to return the following day for the document

@rui Costa thank you! because of my circumstances and because record of my previous expedite requests were on file i presume, I got it for 4months. can only be used one time though.

@Sadi CW I have a pending I-131 and they applied my fingerprints to it 8 days ago.
did they made you pay the emergency parole fees? which is around 557$

no I already paid my fees with my original greencard application @red dead
