@Katie wilder initial evidence is something that is mandatory to submit! things like birth certificate marriage certificates divorce decree rfe can mean anything that supports your application like bank statements, bills, pictures bla bla read the letter they sent u properly

@Katie wilder If the RFE is for “additional evidence” which is required to assist an USCIS officer in making a decision rather than an RFE for “initial evidence” which is required to make a petition case.

@Katie wilder yes they want you to send evidence to prove your marriage send pictures of different timelines during your relationship including copies of anything you have together bills, insurance, car, property, text messages send everything you can space out the timelines

even for the proof of initial evidence? as I said I doubled checked all my things I sent and even an attorney I hired said everything looks good that’s why I’m so nervous lol @M M

resend it. it won’t hurt @Katie wilder the system is automated. no need to be nervous they’re doing there job. you gotta stay on top of yours. it’s no stress to resend or maybe send “more” or upload more evidence

@M M I do have a question with the medical so I’m in the process of getting my needed vaccines and the problem is the hepatitis b is gonna take 6 months to get the full course but I’ve only got till July don’t know what to do now

Hi!! Uscis just requested my medical exams but my prents lost my vaccine records, do you know what can i do? i only have the ones of covid that were recent
