brother my case same as you I 130 still prossesing since November 2019 till now my wife (us citizen)applied for me.I had multiple arrests but none of them convicted or guilty

my I-130 was approved January 2023 and I am still waiting for I-824 approval from vermout center this shouldn’t take that long 😥

@Amira Mohamed for i-824 its take a long time to process what i advice u if ur husband is usc, he must go to congress senator
