I have applied for my parents and received an email yesterday that we have taken action on your case. When I logged in, there is an approval letter for my mother. I haven't received any letter for my father or update? anybody has same experience? how long it will take for my dad to get approval?

VAWA Case – 35 Months Pending, No Updates
Hi everyone, I’m looking for insight and support from others in the same boat.
I’ve been waiting 35 months since filing my VAWA case. My case status still shows “Case was received”, and there have been no updates, no RFE and no decisions yet.
In the meantime, I’ve received multiple Prima Facie Determinations, and my Work Authorization (EAD) and Advance Parole have both been renewed recently.
Is this delay normal at this stage?
Should we take it as a neutral or good sign that there’s been no RFE or denial after so long?
I’ve seen others mention 35–40 month wait. Is this becoming the norm for VAWA now?
Would love to hear from anyone who has passed this stage or is in a similar situation.

Missing Receipts Number
After having problems with my marriage and going alone in the interview my lawyer told me to ask the officer to keep my case open and don't denied it bcs i would file a new case (VAWA).
After I submitted everything from the beginning, Forms I-485, I-765, and I-131 concurrently with Form I-360(VAWA) on December 2024, I received the I-360 receipt notice in January 2025,and I have not yet received any receipts for the other forms.
It has now been over five months, and I am concerned that the applications may have been lost or misprocessed.
It would be very helpful if someone know how to fix this problem.
