i had experience of premium processing. it costed me 2800$ and USCIS promise to adjudicate your case in 45 BUSINESS days. i got RFE on 44th Business day, i submitted the response and now again its 9 days since my status is changed to response received, but no adjudication yet. I have asked my attorney to request for refund of PP fee. I would still suggest to take the risk and go for PP. But in your case, since you are from 75 countries partial ban then dont go for PP as No one knows when this partial ban be removed. Many people say that chances of removal of this partial ban are after 2028 elections if Democrates win those elections. Note: i am also from 75 partial ban country :(
