wow 15 years. congrats u have to wait until its transfer to department of state they going to send u a email with a login where u have to pay 325 and 125 then u have to do affidavit form and ds260 then upload 3 years tax transcript from irs and last year w-2 and . beneficiary gonnna need police certificate once they pass the age of 16 , birth certificate in English and copy of passport

@ just waiting for the document submission if the nvc portal allow us to submit civil documents and passport etc and sponsor tax return and feeses and then interview these things will take 3.6 years more 🥶to do

@A. N no my pd every thing is current bu they not allowing us to pay fees and documents due numerical pause and I only add derivatives

@Taufiq Ahmad Khan my PD is dec 2011 nd my i-130, it aint even approved yet let alone submitting docs i think its gonna take like a month maximum before they allow you to submit your docs btw can you keep me updated on that status of your case that would be of help to me like what was the status of your case before they asked for RFE like the ELIS period yk they assign you a new receipt number and stuff, my i130 was migrated to elis in mid 2024 nd whenever i check status of my case with the new receipt number it says “Case was Received,Receipt Notice Not Sent” i mean i believe next month my pd will become current and if my i130 aint approved like what am i supposed to do

@A. N at that time my case was in Eli’s in Jan 2026 they send rfe notice then again another RFE we submit all documents they approved case on 16 Jun the directly send to nvc and received welcome letter you can send me message on what’s app
