Status Update after receiving RFE for I-140
Hi, community
So I submitted my RFE for I-140 form a week before but there is no still status update on I-140 form. when does immigration receive RFE and update case? How long it takes to be approved after RFE? please share your experiences guys. I submitted RFE after 110 days because of Covid Extend I received RFE on January.

My case was approved by ij in March of 2023 and this status updated on the March 16th was case petition was received to remove conditions on green card and got another update on April 6. My name has been updated ? what does that mean and how long it takes to get actual green card?

🙃🙃🙃Still stuck at expedite request approved after 5 days 🙃🙃🙃... From your experience, when can I receive actual card in the mail?

Update: Still no updates on day 30
Update: Finally approved on day 34
It's a combo card. Both I-131 and I-765
