Status Update after receiving RFE for I-140
Hi, community
So I submitted my RFE for I-140 form a week before but there is no still status update on I-140 form. when does immigration receive RFE and update case? How long it takes to be approved after RFE? please share your experiences guys. I submitted RFE after 110 days because of Covid Extend I received RFE on January.

mine was updated 5 days after it was delivered. I got approved 3.5months after.

Mine was approved a little more than 200 days after response. But usually it doesn’t take that long.
