@I K My Case was approved On 19 april 2023 and 23 april was sent to NVC and still i dont recieve the welcome latter i dont know why mostly they sent the welcome latter i 3-5 days

FAST???? NOT THE CASE!+ Sorry but most are waiting 60 to 90 plus days ...I am on day 62 nothing in mail box! California office K1 Mexico 🇲🇽 We are so done with this whole process! I sure hope u get yours faster than most of us here waiting !! 🙏

I received my 2nd NOA the actual paper approval in 3 to 5 days Not welcome letter+ For most K1 application it's 60 to 90 plus days!

@Abdirahman Abdulkadir Abdullahi Don't worry I am March 15th 2023 and waiting longer than you don't worry it's normal....they say 60 to 90 days! Those who are getting their letters in 3 days must be a different type of visa than yours! What is your visa type? you can send inquiries as I did to nvc but they say we haven't received your application yet! also the nvc has posted that they are working on approved applications they received as of May 2nd so I believe they are maybe just now working on March mid march

@Jackie B. did you file the i-130 in paper or online? I think there is also a big difference between k1 and cr1/ir1

I believe I have seen a lot of your type visa getting welcom letter faster than K1 visa! I would say you will get faster! You can send inquiries at nvc at travel.state.gov under public inquiries

@k d did you get a confirmation that USCIS has sent it to NVC or is the approval the confirmation?

@I K yes uscis approved my case sent me and email and said my case is been transferred to nvc then 12 hours later i got an email from nvc with my case number and invoice id to log into CEAC and start my process..when I was done paying and uploading my documents on the 2nd of may by the 12 of may I got an email from nvc that my case is documenntarily qualified
