Can anyone share their experience with submission of medical RFE ?
Hello,
I sent the medical with FedEx, and it was delivered today in the morning, but case status still not updating, is it normal? how long it usually takes till they will update the status?
If anyone had the same experience please share it, thank you in advance.
It was response to RFE (medical) from USCIS San Fernando Valley FO.
what next please ??? I haven’t received any letter for biometric yet
anyone had beometric scheduled and cancel after ????or do I really need to redo biometric?

ANOTHER status change.
Today my status changed to "TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED" I'm extremely upset that none of us can get any answers or clarification. I am speculating that it has something to do with government funding and the debt ceiling issue. I am paranoid about being stuck away from my husband.
I am more than willing to do the lifestyle in his country and would love to be able to wait out the process WITH him. However, I have some debt to pay off. So I have been trying to act with full responsibility, but with the way the world is going I am afraid of something catastrophic happening with our government and being separated indefinitely. I'm sometimes tempted to file bankruptcy and just go. I'm scared and there are no answers ANYWHERE.
I-290B motion to reopen the case (I485)
my i485 with GC marriage was withdrawn because my ex withdrew it. i haven’t applied Vawa yet so I have a chance either filing a new 485 with Vawa or file I-290B motion to reopen my old I485. Did anyone apply for I-290B for reopening denied i485? what was your experience and how long did it take to receive the result? thank you #vawa

Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee
Does anyone know who pays the immigrant visa application processing fee? cuz it says that it needs to be from a U.S based bank that needs to be paid from and my husband is in Saudi so do I pay for him or does he have to pay for it.
Any advice or help would be appreciated 🙏

Just wanted to share with you guys. Today I finally got my AP document by mail.
Although I submitted biometric data on August 31st, 2021 they attached fingerprints only August 19th, 2022.
And between August 19 and May 25 I made THREE e-requests because the case was outside normal processing time...
698 days. It was really long journey, yep 😬
