same thing happened to me. she withdrew it then I filed a new i485 and i360 vawa based. Moreso, the i130 was what she withdrew; hence, your i485 was denied. Based on my knowledge, without i130, i485 cannot suffice. However, I think the content of the letter you received would determine if you can file I -290B.

I did and when I got my advanced parole, I travelled back home for two weeks

look at that letter sent telling you leave I don’t think that letter is called deportation letter I believe that letter is stating your spouse withdrew the applications and reasons why it was withdrawn. so a decision wasn’t made and you have 33 days to leave . a deportation letter would mean a decision was made I think

once you’re not in a removal proceedings I will advise file a new i485 with your i360

@First born thank you for your reply. yes, the letter says that I can apply I290B. did you apply I290B?

@Regina musa no, the letter was a denial of I485 but it does say they may issue removed proceedings. my lawyer they will not issue it.

It did say so, I submitted a new one

I submitted my i-290b and it took 2 years for my i-485 case to be reopened.

@F A I submitted a new one because marriage petition was withdrawn. and case was transferred since then no updates. I am not sure which one goes faster.
