Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee
Does anyone know who pays the immigrant visa application processing fee? cuz it says that it needs to be from a U.S based bank that needs to be paid from and my husband is in Saudi so do I pay for him or does he have to pay for it.
Any advice or help would be appreciated 🙏

if you reside in the USA & you’re the petitioner. You are the one to pay, maybe through you attorney or yourself. you can pay through online file

yes. my wife paid for me. since she’s my petitioner. You can pay through bank. and your husband can refund you back

just have him western union you the money and buy a money order... but whoever has the money pays. it is a team effort....

@tomyka rivera the NVC payments for cr1/ir1 cannot come via the money order, it has to be a US bank account, you must provide the account number and the routing number, and both fees mest be paid from that account separately, not together.
