is it normal that they approved my case without interview?

I filed my case in February with an online agency that helps you build your file (there was just a lot of paper that I didn’t know how to put together on my own). they must have done a great job! my case was approved so easily and fast that it’s almost suspicious! am I still expecting to have an interview? I also filed a I-131 for travel authorization and that wasn’t approved yet. how that works?

hello I want to ask how long waiting time for IL with backlog in Côte d’Ivoire

I-130 actively being reviewed - AOS US Citizen

For the first time after submitting, my I-130 changed to ‘actively being reviewed’ yesterday (Sat). Also, I received an email a few hours ago from USCIS saying, “We have taken an action on your case”. I don’t see anything on the documents tab. Has anyone experienced this? Thank you!

We had our interview in Lagos, Nigeria on July 10 everything went very well our age difference was never brought up as well as having children. My husband was ask how we met and when was the last time he saw me, he informed them I was outside waiting for him, she said that was good. She asked for chats but only looked at a few we had them all the way back to 2014 she looked at a few pic but I did Collages so one print had many different pic of all we did in Nigeria along with the dates. When my husband went inside they ask for his documents but when giving back didn’t have our 2022 tax return so we had to resubmit that. All in all a very good interview just waiting for them to look at tax return and he will get his visa. I’m disappointed in the set back with the form we were very organized but I feel very blessed it went as smoothe as it did. Much prayers for everyone here , this has been a long rode for us but God blessed us. Much love

What information are people getting from their attorneys if any on the likelihood of EB2 ROW becoming current in the new FY in October?

Will C31 EAD be issued to all my dependents when my I-360 is approved? Anybody with an experience to share. Thanks.

I submitted my I-360 petition on June 15, 2020 with 5 of my children as dependents. I received a 2nd RFE in August, 2022 which I responded to in October 2022 and since then I have been waiting. Although I received an EAD renewal that will expire in September 2025. On the lawfully tracker my case is 2nd out 22 filed between June 1 and June 30, 2020. When my I-360 gets approved will the C-31 EAD be issued for all my dependents too? Thanks.

Any movement for those who filed with the Sacramento FO?

it looks like Sacramento FO is so busy with other cases from other FO that they don’t even have time to look at our cases. Anyone has the same feeling? I filed several service requests and asked senator to help twice. USCIS responded to them or to me by saying they are working on cases unrelated to ours and then gives us XX amount of days to wait. #sacramentoFO

Hello please share who got I485 approved this month after sending the RFE for medical? what was your timeline? i sent it almost 2 months ago and still no decision, its so frustrating!!! the only thing i got is “ Request of evidence was received” - on june 8 I live in Illinois National Benefit Center

If I could change one thing, I’d send my medical the with the I-485

My wife filed the I-130 petition online for me. A few months later, after I got my J1 waver approved via a letter from my embassy, I filed I-485. I wish I have sent the medical examination with it. When later on I received RFE for the medical to be sent via mail, I thought my interview was going to be waived, only to receive an interview notice two months from the day they received the sealed medical form. Interview was rather pleasant. My advice is that you put good work into the initial evidence submitted. #J1_Waiver #Nashville_FO #non-concurrent
