Will C31 EAD be issued to all my dependents when my I-360 is approved? Anybody with an experience to share. Thanks.
I submitted my I-360 petition on June 15, 2020 with 5 of my children as dependents. I received a 2nd RFE in August, 2022 which I responded to in October 2022 and since then I have been waiting. Although I received an EAD renewal that will expire in September 2025. On the lawfully tracker my case is 2nd out 22 filed between June 1 and June 30, 2020.
When my I-360 gets approved will the C-31 EAD be issued for all my dependents too?

If they tick it on their forms too yes they will receive it

I filed for all of them and they have received C09 EADs prior including multiple renewals.

@Awesome God , in as much as they have been getting same as you get and are under 18 years prior to filing, it’s automatic, they should be fine as derivatives! Good luck 🍀

@sam thomas ….. It’s their cup of tea. I have no control over them, everyone that has gone through USCIS know they are a PAIN you never want to experience. My case is over 34 months already, but my faith is in God. HE makes everything beautiful in His time. I know it’s gonna favor me when they decide to come through.

@Awsome God what was the 2nd RFE about.
l filled for 4 of my dependents and when my Vawa got approved, it was only me that they sent the c-31 ead. Their c09 ead was still valid when I got approved for Vawa. I just sent in their EAd renewal application on the 27th of March and last update was fingerprints have been applied.. still waiting for their decision on both the i485 and their ead renewal.
