If I could change one thing, I’d send my medical the with the I-485
My wife filed the I-130 petition online for me. A few months later, after I got my J1 waver approved via a letter from my embassy, I filed I-485. I wish I have sent the medical examination with it.
When later on I received RFE for the medical to be sent via mail, I thought my interview was going to be waived, only to receive an interview notice two months from the day they received the sealed medical form.
Interview was rather pleasant. My advice is that you put good work into the initial evidence submitted.

@Mo Shahin you hit 2 years GC? when will your marriage be 2 be 2 years? thought it’ll be 10 granted to you. Got an rfq for medical but waiting till the last minute they gave to submit it as it’s a month before my martiage will be 2 years.
