ANY I485 APPROVALS AFTER SENDING RFE ?
Hello please share who got I485 approved this month after sending the RFE for medical? what was your timeline? i sent it almost 2 months ago and still no decision, its so frustrating!!! the only thing i got is “ Request of evidence was received” - on june 8 I live in Illinois National Benefit Center

@Max Max @S@R H@L @el B did you guys try to do anything?? cause its more then 60 days, and that should be the maximum timeline to get an answet for RFE ?!

Open a expedite because the maximum period of 60 days has passed and they replied that due to a delay not related to me that I should wait for another 6 months to contact them again.

I sent in my RFE for I485 on June 21. According to them they are just awaiting this RFE to make a final decision. I am still here waiting after a month. I honestly believe that my case was given to a delinquent officer.

@A Z Honestly, I have been disturbing Emma for quite awhile now but all that the live agent told me is to wait until September 2025. This weakened my legs. I don’t know why this long wait for months and some even years. I pray God answer our prayers soon🙏
