After 20 days being actively reviewed since I have sent my medical exam. This morning (07:22am) I got an email say that we have taken an action on your case. However,, when I log in my USCIS online account, nothing change.
Plesae, someone tells me good new today. I pray for it and for everyone who are waiting in here.
PD: June, 2022 for I-485 based marriage with US citizen.
I-130 was approved on June 21, 2023.
Medical exam was received by USCIS on June 29, 2023.
Case is being actively reviewed on July 1, 2023.

after 3 years of waiting i finally got the approval on my i-130 butttt there was a mistake in the application and i had to apply for i-824 form to ask the uscis to transfer the approved application to NVC!! any idea how long i have to wait for them to accept that form??

got biometric appointment but still no receipt
hi everyone i just got my biometric appointment scheduled but still havent got the receipt for my case. my timeline only shows 'fingerprint fee was received'.
im on H1B and want to make sure i can leave the country. since the biometric has the receipt number on it am i fine or do i need to keep waiting? i filed june 26
