the B…ch in the office that applied for me the I-130 form didn’t indicate if the application will be processed inside the US or outside so they need that i-824 form for them to transfer the approval notice to the NVC so that means additional delays cause of one small mistake

@A A when you wait for 3 years to be able to live with your spouse because of someone’s else unprofessional job and on top of that when you finally get an approval and because of another mistake from that same person you have to wait additional months or maybe years what am i supposed to say? thank them??? i went to that office for them to help me with applying my application properly and avoid mistakes not to make my life HELL because of them..so yea she is a F….. i’m not talking about USCIS officers guys they are different story..i’m talking about the offices that fill the forms on your behalf .. i went to one of those offices when i applied for the I-130 form..they messed up my application..they caused me lots of money and wasted time..they sent poor evidences which caused me to receive RFE and after all this struggle i have to wait againnnn because they didn’t indicate if the application will be processed in the US or outside..i’m really losing my mind here

@M . thank you so much ..already hired a lawyer , reached congressman i did everything..they did approved my I-130 but now they put me on another waiting line..my wife is going through depression because of this and at the end of the day someone comes here and tell me that i’m the bad guy for calling someone a B…

OH ray, you are not a bad guy, this system is broke and put people through hell and depression before the process is completed, but you are very close to the end line of your first step, go for it again and request AGAIN, congressman have authority to request an expedite in your behave and tell them everything you said, and how it wasn't your fault and ho it's hurting your mental health, they will answer to them please dont just wait, i824 can take years if it's on different center than California, if it's in California it's processed in 3 months at max from what i noticed but it other centers might take years

It takes about 2 years to transfer a case to the NVC.

being citizen or not has nothing to do with this. keep praying you'll get approved quickly otherwise you'll get pushed back for another year or more. good luck

guys I wouldn’t mind to wait 9 months or a year for this mistake to be fixed if my I-130 application took few months or a year to be approved..but i already waited 3 yearsss for that approval i can’t wait any longer, i’m about to start taking depression pills

@Ray K File Form I-824 Immediately and another advice don't use monnie order....mine got stolen I had to pay another $465 again....so please while you file form I-824 also get form G-1450 for credit card payment....so yhu don't get frustrated like I was...when my monnie was stolen
