Hi everyone, still waiting for my 130 and i485 to be approve from Baltimore field office now for 3yrs. Does anyone in the same situation?

I spoke with an agent,they keep saying they will get to me in 30days,but all the time the same thing,but nothing change.

I'm so sorry it's taking so long. my I130 still not approved, filled in 2021. same as you, they keep saying "30 days" but nothing changes.

Does Baltimore respond to receiving RFE for medical? and after sending it how long?I am afraid they reject my case after waiting so long, I send it over a month ago and no updates at all and the deadline is approaching. I called and they keep telling me call back in 60 days.

@ari reed it's sad and stressing August making 2 full years I applied concurrently and I just got RFE medical and no response after I submitted it.

Honestly reviewing others posts from other states. Baltimore seems to be the worst. like no one has movement of their cases. it’s truly unfair for us to be on pause like this.

multiple inquiries to no avail via lawyer, house congressman and senator.
