Si USCIS solo puede procesar hasta 30,000 autorizaciones de viaje, eso significa que tomaría 4 años y medio revisar y procesar todas las solicitudes. Entonces sí, esto tomará MUCHO tiempo y CORTO tiempo para otros que tienen suerte.
If USCIS can only process up to 30,000 travel authorizations then that means it would take 4 1/2 years to review and process all applications. So yes, this will take a LONG time and a SHORT time for others that are lucky.#

mine is at the nbc and it seems like nothing happend since the beginning.
for the people that got it approved. did it just change directly to approved? or was it first under review and next day approved?

Hi guys, I am reposting and just wanted to know if anyone has encountered the same thing as I am? My sign in page says 'my case is taking longer than expected to complete the next step. What does the next step mean? Does that mean I am closer to a decision or its just a hoax to satisfy the eagerly waiting? #I-130 processing. My time line is :
POD 24August2022. What is the estimated decision for my case? Please comment. Thanks all

I chatted with a live agent using Emma. They told me that the officer started reviewing my case on 7/17.. I don’t think that’s true.. this is because of 7/17 I submitted unsoliced evidence and I think every time you do something then it updates the case last update.. I’m still stuck on the second May 8th active review and still nothing.. The congresswoman will follow up. I hope I’ll be approved soon… it’s taking forever… I don’t like that they put us in the dark.. I wish they were more transparent as to what’s going on…
