I chatted with a live agent using Emma. They told me that the officer started reviewing my case on 7/17.. I don’t think that’s true.. this is because of 7/17 I submitted unsoliced evidence and I think every time you do something then it updates the case last update.. I’m still stuck on the second May 8th active review and still nothing.. The congresswoman will follow up. I hope I’ll be approved soon… it’s taking forever… I don’t like that they put us in the dark.. I wish they were more transparent as to what’s going on…

@april 2022 no its not like that ,I have uploaded unsolicited evidence on 8th July 2023 and I chat with Emma yesterday and agent confirmed me that my case is being reviewed by an officer on 26th May 2023 and forward to field office

@Mparmar Parmar I hope you’re right then.. yeah it’s just surprising to me that the day I uploaded the docs is the date the officer is reversing my case… but it didn’t update on the status that my case is actively being reviewed…
