yesss I lived August 1st 2022 Concurrently #130##485#765 etc.. I got my EAD June 14th and approval for both #130ǥ yesterday

@Terry-Ann Williams funny enough my case started Nov 2022 and I received my ead from December 2022 but it wasn’t the combo ead so I don’t know why they are pulling me so long lol. I even got an email in march of 2023 that my i130 and i485 was transferred from the nbc to my field office in fort Myers Florida

same thing happened to me , my case from July 25 2022 was approved this past June 27 , when I check on my status , it says that on June 27, 2023 USCIS is actively reviewing it but I recieved an approval notice 5 days after that change but it still appears like this , don’t know why but I’m approved! hopefully the nvc will contact me soon ! good luck everyone ! @sharon valley I really do hope so because since I submitted I only got the receipt notice and then now the actively reviewing my case so I only hope I won’t be waiting months more or for a second actively reviewing as I see some people saying
