Need advice pls
Do anyone experience this . my ex wife file i130 in June of 2021 and we divorced on October of 2022. I am on removal proceedings , technically we should go for interview for the i130 but we are called for interview. On July 21 last week they reviewed the i130 for the second time and today it was approve. I applied for vawa since may of 2022 and got Prima facie . what can I use the approve i130 . thanks

I just got approval from USCIS for my I-130 (I'm married to a US citizen) and I have a question regarding the DS-260: I worked under OPT in the US and got a social security. Should I ask for a new card? My current one has an annotation that reads: "VALID FOR WORK ONLY WITH DHS AUTHORIZATION"

Hello! Can you please provide feedback on how long it takes for I-485 (US citizen filing for a parent) adjudication at Fresno field office?
My I-485 has been processing at Fresno (non local FO) since 01/19/2023.
I-485: Filed in June 2022 and the online account says active review since August 2022 following completion of biometrics .
I-130: Filed since Sept2021 and says it is outside processing time and the next step says USCIS is actively reviewing.
Note: Medical has been submitted with I-485. Also received courtesy notice on March 8, 2023 from Fresno FO but since medical was submitted, we did not had to do anything in response to the courtesy notice.
Emma live agent confirmed today i.e. 7/24/23 that my interview is waived on 06/23/22 and that my case is at Fresno and that the assigned officer was reviewing my case.
Any feedback/information on when we can expect decision will be truly appreciated. Thank you! #

hi guys! my husband (petitioner) just got his 485 approved today! so so happy. we sent the RFE with medicals a week ago and the status changed today to Casa Has Been Approved.
However, my status changed to just RFE has been received. I’ve been reading that spouses normally get approved a little bit later. If you have any info of how long would my case get to be approved please leave me a comment. thank you 🙏🏼

all I can say is thank you Jesus..guys I never thought I would be posting about approval after all the running around and ups and down but there’s nothing too hard for my God to do🙏🏽 y’all it’s a journey but hold on your time is coming keep praying and trust God because it will come to an end.
