Need advice pls
Do anyone experience this . my ex wife file i130 in June of 2021 and we divorced on October of 2022. I am on removal proceedings , technically we should go for interview for the i130 but we are called for interview. On July 21 last week they reviewed the i130 for the second time and today it was approve. I applied for vawa since may of 2022 and got Prima facie . what can I use the approve i130 . thanks

@ don't do anything. You don't have to do anything since your I130 got approved which is a good thing. Keep it as it is just wait for your VAWA application to approve. If you always filed for I485 with I130 ask uscis to hold that I485 ultil I360 approval. So you don't have to pay the I485 fees.
Hope help good luck.
