hi guys! my husband (petitioner) just got his 485 approved today! so so happy. we sent the RFE with medicals a week ago and the status changed today to Casa Has Been Approved.
However, my status changed to just RFE has been received. I’ve been reading that spouses normally get approved a little bit later. If you have any info of how long would my case get to be approved please leave me a comment. thank you 🙏🏼

what did they RFE you for the i140?

france! and for our RFE for 140: he had a managerial job in europe within the same company, previous to his current role, and they were asking for more of those european documents. which wasn’t very easy because Brussels, where he worked, they allow companies to get rid of information if it happened more than 5 years ago.
