Has anyone recieved recieveed a medical defiecieny notice? the doctor that did my medical did not date, and uscis sent me a letter saying that i need to send it in again. they said to wait for another letter on instructions on how to do this, it has been over a month now and no letter. has anyone had a similar experience? how long was the wait time?

married to a usc got an RFE for a misdemeanor I had in college 10 years ago responded to the RFE with a wavier the got my case updated to cancellation request for evidence. was wondering if anyone has an idea of what the wait time for a decision to be made for a case like mine

I moved to the US from Canada on a L1B visa (expires on June 6th 2024) my wife is a US citizen and has sponsored me on a green card. We applied for the GC on Dec 12th 2022. I’m about to file for my I765 EAD, and it’s looking like applications are taking 9-12 months to approve. Can anyone help confirm what would happen if the work permit didn’t arrive in 9 months and my L1B expired. I believe I have 60 days from the time my L1 expires. this would give me 11 ish month. But could I keep working and if I did would I look bad if my GC isn’t approved in time.
I also did my biometrics Jan 14, 2023 but it’s not showing up in my timeline.
