Jan 2022 - Reach out to ombudsman office
Feb 2022 - Ombudsman office told me I am scheduled for an interview
April 13, 2022 - Stokes interview
April 14, 2022 - I-130 Approved
April 28, 2022 - I-486 denied once again 😭
Application was filed with a lawyer, I spent over 7k with this lawyer. He did nothing for me.

@baris Kurt Thank you, the first denial was for an Affidavit of support, the lawyer kept telling me the wrong information. The second denial was for the J-1 2-year home residency requirement. All my documents said I was subjected which in fact I wasn't. That was an error on my visa and documents.

@jhoe b I didn't know I could file for citizenship since my green card application wasn't approved. Check the previous comment you'll see the reasons for the denial.

You can't file for Citizenship. You could only if you have been married 3 years and you are a resident for 3 years.
