permanent resident filling for a spose living not in USA distance relationship, I jus fill the app 6 moths ago anyone who has an idea please help me I got a actively reviewing case on Augusta what next ? I applied for my husband on February 2022 and I'm a permanent resident living in USA
I got the activity review on the same day that I applied it's been 1 year and 8months now and I never heard nothing back from them

Unfortunately, permanent residents are not treated with priority so it can take up to 3 years. You can check the processing times on the USCIS website and for permanent residents the processing time shows at least 30-36 months for each service center.
