Can I re-file I-130 ?
I am USC and filed my mom’s I-130 last year, which got approved in this Aug but with exception to file I-824 because I selected both options for next phase. I already filled I-824, almost 2 months ago. But reading through comments seems like going to take forever. So, I was thinking may be I can re-file i-130 again. And whichever will approve first, we will go through that route. Now, my question is, if that is allowed and filling new I-130 won’t impact current I-824.

I applied i-824 which approved within 72days. what’s your service center?

Nebraska. They received it on Aug 11 and nothing changed after.
