Travelling with lost passport
Hello everyone ,
I recently lost my passport . I got temporary travel certificate from my home country embassy to travel back home . Also, I do have my advance parole document . if I travel back to my country with my advanced parole , and then get new passport back home and come back to the USA , is there a good chance to denying my addmission ? me losing passport and getting new one could jeopardize my case ? I am doing AOS through marriage

Texas Center Processing Times
Hello Friends,
I have applied my H1B Visa Extension renewal regular on 11th May 2023, and I have received my receipt number from Texas Center.
It’s been 120+ days passed. Still saying “Case was received and A Receipt Notice was sent”
Any idea how long will it take for the approval? Is this normal or should I think about premium processing?
Anyone applied during the month May 2023 and received approval for May 2023 application?
Is it possible to schedule the dropbox appointment for January with the receipt number and wait for approval?

I’m tired of waiting for my EAD. I really don’t understand why uscis is taking so long with my case. This is totally unfair. I tried to talk with them through Emma, but it wasn’t helpful.
I submitted a request for my I-765 two weeks ago and no update since then. I don’t know what to do.

I applied 2020 July for i360 and 485. 2023 January vawa was approved and February I got a rfie for my birth certificate. I’ve sent the birth certificates and my medicals with it . in march they received the response and since than nothing from uscis . I reached out to the congress the only thing they told me was that the case is processing in Jacksonville.
I was sure to travel with Advance Parole with pending VAWA. I recently had a conversation with a new lawyer. He is telling me not to travel. Anyone arrived to JFK recently with pending VAWA/AP card?
I don’t have any criminal background, I haven’t over stay. I485 is pending, I360 is pending with one prima facae. AP card will expire on November 8th 2023 I’ll be back on October 15th
I need help
my wife filed for me since 22june 2022 and still waiting lawyer don’t pick our calls to tell us how our case is going, this lawyer told us it will only take 3 months which I have to quit my job to travel back home from South Africa to Ghana and now is getting to 2years and still nothing. case status says approved more the 5 months now and still nothing, now we in a confused mood don’t know what else to do. anyone with any solution what to do please share with us what to do from here 🥲😡😭.
