i-140 EB2(NIW) regularly without premium processing times?
Guys who filed i-140 EB2(NIW) regularly without premium processing, how long did you wait to get approval or at least an RFE, after your PD140 date?
P.S I know you can check the USCIS website for processing times, but I'd like to hear from real people who were approved in 2023.

hello my fellow friends.
so to be quick to the point… my I-140 was approved.
and now on 10-5-2023 i havw my interview with USCIS.
but i have removal proceedings thay my lawyer has already submited to be terminated due the fact thay my
wifes GC was approved under my EB2
has anynone experience an interview while being on removal proceedings ? if so what was the outcome?
Can I go to my parents’ 485 interview as interpreter?
Hey community,
my parents have their green card interview at field office soon but they don’t speak English. I am the petitioner of their application as a US citizen. i wonder if I can accompany them in the interview both as the petitioner and interpreter?

NVC Documents Submission Address
Hi,
I have submitted financial documents to NVC at National Visa Center 31 Rochester Ave Suir 100 Portsmouth, NH 03801. However, I was reading online that the document's mailing address is DOS Visa P.O Box 65446 Potomac Falls, VA 20165.
Can anyone confirm what is the correct address and what should I do now?

combo card approved
I just received my combo card approval! However, there hasn’t been an update on any of my cases. My I-765 still says being actively reviewed and my I-131 says case was received and a receipt was sent. I only noticed this approval because on the actual website my I-131 said case closed, I hopped on here and noticed someone else had the same issue and was told to look under the documents tab under the I-765 and yup there it was.. so if anyone is on the same boat I suggest to look at your case through the actual USCIS website!
