@Trishia Antony here is what is gonna happen if you update the petition, if you have derivative(children) they will be removed from your case and you have to submit I-130 for each children and pay the filling fee. if you do not have a derivative you just need to send the naturalization certificate only, no payment is required.

@Trishia Antony if you change your visa category from F2A to IR1. PD no longer matter it is all about DQ and your DQ is going to change when you update your petition but I don’t know that for sure. some says the DQ change some says it won’t , but IR1 they schedule interviews early. the filling fee for I-130 is $535

@Trishia Antony when you upgrade your visa from f2a to ir1, you need to submit different I-130 for each child and wait till they approve their petition so you can combine their case with yours when they reach NVC probably you will need to delay your case so that they will catch up on your case.if you at the beginning submitted different I-130 for you and the children then now you dont need to pay the fee and sumbit any i-130 form. they dont allow derivative for citizens but they do allow for green card holders. there is great show called hacking immigration law where you can ask your question in the yourube you will need to check that out too.
