rorsmery, it’s to spead up your proces , lawsuit against uscis! I did it on February and got transfer 3 times so far ask your lawyer abot it , don’t know why

Billy bob , I sing paper when I geve him money that nothing guarante which means no money back , and I belive that’s the case for everyone that filed mandamus they make them sign no money back

my lawyer call me today and told me the state dismis my mandamus and, so he said we can file again for free but with what I se going on they dismissing all due to back up on load off cases and also Becouse uscis pushing time frame so much for example i601a was 33 months now is like 44 months that’s re reason will be dismiss . so my sugest to you don’t bother with mandamus save your money
